The girls continue on without any direction and the tensions are yet high at The Rock. But at The Rock, they get surprised when a new coach arrives with Lauren and Steve. Before the new coach’s strict workout regimen takes effect, Emily, Payson and Kaylie decide to attend the high school party to blow off some steam and also before the beginning of the work schedule of the new coach who had just arrived, they want to get done with the party.
Payson thinks that she is wasting her time at the party besides Kaylie fights with Cater and Emily runs into Razor. Afterward, when Summer arrives at the dinner party, Lauren's birthday goes wrong.
